Is True Value Web Online Data Backup secure?

You can be sure that all of your important data, files, photos, financial records, and more are completely secure. Here’s how:

All the data stored on our servers is simultaneously mirrored on two different servers within our primary data center. It is then transmitted to a second storage facility nightly.

How much will a 1 GB account store?

On average 1 GB equates to approximately 400 pictures, 325 songs, 2100 Word Documents, or 3500 e-mails.

How do I figure out how much data I have to back up?

Go to the folder(s) on your desktop (often My Documents) in which you store the data that you want to back up. Right click on that folder and view Properties. Use the size displayed to determine the minimum storage amount you need.  Also, think of the type of files that you want to back up and refer to the information in the previous question.

What do I do if I fill up my online data backup account and need more space?

Because our billing is based on a pay-per-use basis, you'll never run out of space. Rest assured, if you have important information you'd like to backup, we'll be waiting for it. No need to worry about ever running out of space.
