We work with you in optionally moving an existing phone number to our service or obtaining a new one as well as helping configure any features you'd like setup, such as voice mail, call forwarding, or "sleep hours" in which your phone won't ring except from callers in your always-allow list.

Moving or Traveling to Other Locations  Moving to a new home? With a standard telephone service, you will need to coordinate with your new telephone provider to setup service, port your number, and then cancel old service. This gets expensive with extra installation fees, activation fees, and sometimes early termination fees. With our service, you can move to a new home without any changes to your account. Just unplug from the old location and plugin at the new location. You don't even have to let us know!
Vacation home? Many people travel to vacation homes or hotels. Instead of paying for an extra phone line that you rarely use at your vacation home and paying to have your home phone calls forwarded to that number, simply take your equipment with you. Your phone number travels wherever you do!
Traveling to another country? Don't worry about ridiculously expensive roaming charges or buying an expensive unlocked world-phone and trying to find a local carrier's SIM card just to make calls back home. Just take your phone number with you! Simply plugin the unit and your phone when you arrive, and start making and receiving calls to friends and family back home! No additional fees or charges, ever! This box connects to your high-speed internet connection as well as a phone or to a wall-mounted phone jack if you have more than 1 phone in the house or the phone is not located near the high-speed internet equipment.
